Badge 

The name badge issued to delegates on registration serves as an admission pass to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunch. Delegates are asked to ensure that they wear their name badges at all times.

Language
The official languages of the Congress will be Italian and English. Simultaneous translation will be available.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in the venue. Smoking in designated areas only.

Lunch & Coffee breaks
Next to the congress areas. The organizing Secretariat will give the participants all the information.
Currency Exchange
Exchange of major currencies is available at most banks, airports and large hotels.Please be reminded that the Registration Secretariat will accept Euros only.

The 230V is the standard power supply in Italy.
